GROUP CLASSES

Mini Monstros
 Monday-Thursday 4:30-5:00pm

Kids Jiu-Jitsu
Monday-Thursday 5:00pm-6:00pm

 This class introduces young children ages 3-6 to martial arts and fitness. We focus on self-defense basics and the importance of functional fitness while teaching respect and responsibility. Through fun and interactive lessons, your child will improve their coordination, flexibility, and understanding of Jiu-Jitsu and physical education.

Program Goals:
Build self-discipline and confidence
Develop respect for others
Improve coordination and agility
Develop Jiu Jitsu skills

Basic Jiu-Jitsu and striking techniques
Coordination and movement drills

Belt (Gi is optional)

Our Kids Jiu-Jitsu program boosts growth and confidence through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. We focus on advancing jiu-jitsu skills while teaching essential self-defense, respect, discipline, and personal responsibility, empowering children to face challenges with confidence.

Adult  Classes

NO-GI

MONDAY & WEDNESDAY 6:00PM-7:00 PM

The no-gi program caters to all levels, offering a mix of fundamental and advanced techniques to learn modern tactics to grappling without a gi. These skills will be crucial for self-defense in everyday life and for success in competition

Program Goals:
 Gain a deeper grasp of no-gi Jiu-Jitsu.
Improve overall Jiu-Jitsu skills.
Master Leglocks through advanced techniques.
Develop a complete and dominating grappling strategy.

Curriculum:
Attacks, defenses, and escapes from all positions
Essential no-gi concepts
Positional and situational sparring
Interactive sessions for clarification and deeper learning

Uniform:
Rashguard/athletic shirts
shorts/spats/jiu-jitsu pants

GI 
Tuesday & Thursday 6:00PM-7:00PM
Saturday 10:00 AM-11:00 AM

The adult jiu-Jitsu program gives students the opportunity to take their game to the next level through an in-depth look of jiu-jitsu techniques at any skill level.  Students will also receive extensive training based on competition scenarios and any situations that may arise during a match or a fight.   

Program Goals:
Improve overall jiu-jitsu skills.
Delve into more advanced/modern jiu-jitsu techniques.
Develop a complete and dominating grappling strategy.

Curriculum: 
Attacks, defenses, and escapes from all positions
Foundational and advanced Jiu Jitsu techniques and positions
Competition concepts
Interactive sessions for clarification and deeper learning

Gi & Belt

OPEN  MAT
MOnday- Thursday 7:00pm-7:30pm 
Friday  5:00-7:00PM
sunday  12:00 PM-1:30 PM

Visitors are welcome anytime at our academy! ​
Our open mat training is open to all members of any belt rank or age. This allotted time period is designed to allow students to work on specific trouble areas and implement newly learned techniques in a non-instructed format. Many students use open mats as an opportunity to not only roll, but to spar, drill or to analyze techniques to improve their jiu-jitsu game.
